A team comprises:

  • A Sales Manager and a Product Technologist who are your contacts regarding coordination, testing and progress
  • A Production Engineer, who helps consider feasibility right from the start and later manages the production implementation
  • A central R&D Product Developer, who is responsible for project content, progress and quality

This team maintains close contact with you, so you enjoy short lines of communication, clear agreements and transparent decision-making.

Throughout the process, we regularly evaluate whether our starting points are still valid. Is the design feasible on a large scale? Can it be implemented within the desired cost structure?
We occasionally make such choices internally, but generally do this together with you, as that’s how we view innovation: as a process that only works if both parties own the result.
