Royal Vaassen UK has developed from a family company in Bury, Lancashire, UK to become part of Royal Vaassen, the world-renowned international producer of paper and aluminium packaging materials. Royal Vaassen UK still operates from the same location, and continues to invest in people, processes and quality.

Sustainable packaging starts with design
We minimise the use of materials, and opt for recyclable structures and raw materials with a low carbon footprint. With 100% green electricity, minimum waste and our own recycling service, we keep our aluminium in a closed loop and contribute to a circular packaging chain.

Recyclable is good – true recycling is better
Our recycling service ensures circular processing of aluminium waste streams: clean, separated and reusable. This avoids incineration and saves energy, as recycled aluminium uses just 5% of the energy required to produce new aluminium. This is efficient and measurably better for the environment.
